Cumbia Band - Somos Musica is one of the most popular cumbia bands in Los Angeles, CA led by Carlos Quintana, "The Latin Piano Man", who became a piano player for famed salseros Tony Molina and Johnny Martinez, "The Godfather of Salsa". Carlos Quintana is also renowned for his work with Charanga Cubana, who was nominated for a Latin Grammy in 2007. Carlos Quintana has shared the stage with the orchestras of Aniceto Molina, Los Kumbia Kings, Sonora Dinamita, La Chanchona de Arcadio, Sonora Tropicana, Fito Olivares, Los Hermanos Flores, to name only a few.
